Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders that have already entered preparation, packing, or dispatch stages may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead follow the return process after delivery.

Refunds are returned using the original payment method and only to the Visa or MasterCard used for the transaction.


Orders Already Delivered

If an order has already been delivered, cancellation is managed through the return process rather than pre-dispatch cancellation. In such cases, the Return Exchange Policy applies.
